When you see the goofy teenagers that you had in your classroom grown before your very eyes, it is pretty amazing.  I had Tim in 10th grade, and he always the jokster with a wonderful laugh, not a whole lot has changed except the love in his eyes he has for Paige.  Maybe not the high school sweethearts people would think, these two have created a love affair across state lines (Pennsylvania to Alabama) to make what they know is right in their heart work.  And when this is the first picture I took in the morning, I knew it was going to be a morning full of laughter!

I meet up with the the two love birds on a chilly November morning, believing that the driveway to the mansion of Nolde Forrest would be open – we checked three times, including the website and calling before – we made the beautiful area around the sawmill work.  Paige was constantly cold, I am sure it was a bit of a shock considering she was just in Alabama a few short hours ago studying to become a surgeon.  While Tim works to finish up his last year and hoping to join the police academy.  I gotta say, I am pretty impressed that these two passed through my classroom, but it is even better to see the love that they share!

The entire morning was like a forrest wonderland full of love and giggles.  The sun appeared and gave wonderful backdrop to just a smidge of their love story.  Paige and Tim are so comfortable with each other, he indulges her crazy antics and she loves his quiet smile.  I was honored to be part of something so sweet, and I look forward to your 2018 wedding.
