It has been a (hmm hmmm) few years since I had these two in class.  I was pregnant with my first, when a young kid with a great sense of humor and a sparkle in his eye told me he would date my daughter… fast forward a couple years and here I am photographing his engagement photos.  And to be honest, a little intimated, not of him but his fiance.  Amber has  a way of looking amazing in a selfie and I always look like one step away from intervention, so when she contacted me about wedding photography (which include an engagement session) I was excited, overwhelmed, and excited.  But I think the day could not have been any more perfect.  Showing up with their adopted rescue dog in tow, we walked around West Chester where we checked out where Amber like to spend money when Juan isn’t watching, the bar of their first date and even got to check out a place for a beverage where Juan won my heart by order a Miller Lite.  The sweet moments Amber and Juan shared and the comfort and laughter they shared with one another, in a word it was amazing.  I am so excited for their wedding in May!
