It seems like such a short time ago that I was winding down for the winter months trying to wrap my head around all the things that I needed to do before the next wedding season, and then out of nowhere, my first wedding of 2017 was happening.  I couldn’t be happier or more honored that the first wedding of 2017 was with this beautiful, down to earth couple.  What an amazing couple – they were constantly laughing and enjoying the moment, knowing that it would be over soon.  There wasn’t a time that they were not truly invested in the moment, surrounded by love and joy for one another.

The day may not have been what was planned or expected, it rained, I mean it rained a lot!  Although, it was not what anyone wanted, it appears to be a family tradition – both the bride’s parents and her sister were married in the rain.  It must be good luck.  Using what ever available over hang we could find, with some minor interruptions of church goers walking right where we were, the day was perfect.

I am honored and blessed that I was able to start the 2017 wedding season with you, I wish you nothing but happiness and love as you move forward in your life together.
