Valley Forge | Chelsea & Ryan

I love when I get referred by other clients.  Just so happens that I am doing Ryan’s cousin wedding (Sam & Nolan) and now I also get the wonderful opportunity to capture part of Chelsea and Ryan’s love story.  We weren’t sure that we were going to make the engagement session.  The fog was heavy and as I was driving down the turn pike, Chelsea started texting, calling and trying to make a decision.  I am so glad that we went ahead and did the session.  The fog looked amazing over the open fields of Valley Forge.

And really, what more could I say.  I just love all the fog.  And these two are so sweet, the dog is a little crazy.  But without a little crazy in your life it gets pretty boring.  Ryan was was amazing, allowing Chelsea to guide us through the vision she had in her head for her engagement photos.  I could have spent all day exploring all the wonderful picturesque locations throughout Valley Forge.chelsea-1627 chelsea-1620 chelsea-1616chelsea-1chelseachelsea-1658chelsea-1712chelsea-1670chelsea-1758

Without a doubt, we had to use the cannons.  Chelsea does Revolutionary reenactments where she is part of the artillery.  I don’t think they could have made it more perfect.  chelsea-1756chelsea-1802

Washington’s Chapel, what can a photographer say other than just plain gorgeous.  I would love to go back.  The architecture made for a perfect setting.  They were adorable and so easy to work with I can’t wait for their wedding.chelsea-1832 chelsea-1820 chelsea-1817 chelsea-1808chelsea-1856 chelsea-1842 chelsea-1840 chelsea-1837

Thank you Ryan and Chelsea to capture part of your love story.  It was amazing to meet you and to see the love that they two of you share for each other and life.  Looking forward to your 2017 wedding!
